Masterful Clarinet! Luca Luciano is a noted Italian clarinettist and composer based in London, having developed an enviable reputation as an instrumental virtuoso around the UK and overseas via recordings and concert hall appearances” (The Musician). Former clarinet professor in the UK and internationally recognized for his groundbreaking contributions to contemporary music, he debuts at the age of twelve at a prestigious hall of his home town Naples. Introduced as “the new voice of the clarinet” on the front page of De Klarinet magazine, Luciano graduated from the Conservatoire of Salerno (Italy), has been awarded the Fellow status at the Higher Education Academy (UK) and, according to the Clarinet & Saxophone Society of Great Britain, he has “established himself as the friendly face of contemporary clarinet”. Described by the BBC Radio as “one of Europe’s leading exponent of jazz clarinet”, his repertoire also embraces Brahms, Stravinsky, Poulenc, Berio. He has held many master-classes, has regularly premiered his music at St Martin in the Fields and has performed at the South Bank Centre (recording live for BBC Radio at the Royal Festival Hall), Edinburgh Festival, Cambridge University. As a recording artist, his solo albums have received much critical acclaim in three continents.

Plébiscité par la International Clarinet Association pour "l'éventail complet de ses capacités", Luca diplômée du Conservatoire de Salerne (Italie), a reçu le titre de Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK) et, selon la Clarinet & Saxophone Society of Great Britain, il "s'est imposé comme le visage amical de la clarinette contemporaine". Décrit par la BBC Radio comme "l'un des principaux représentants de la clarinette jazz en Europe", le répertoire de Luca englobe aussi Berio, Messiaen, Stravinsky, Poulenc. Luciano a présidé de nombreuses master-classes, a joué première sa musique à St Martin in the Fields à Londres e Cambridge University et a joué au South Bank Centre (pour BBC Radio 3), Festival International d'Edimbourg, Cathédral Amériquene a Paris.
