Sunday May 18, 2025 @ 15h00

Duo Palissandre, formed by guitarists Vanessa Dartier and Yann Dufresne, is one of France’s most fervent ambassadors of the two-guitar repertoire. Winners of several international competitions, the duo is recognized and appreciated for its brilliant playing and musical sensitivity, and is invited to perform in recital at numerous cultural programs and international festivals. The Palissandre duo has recorded several albums, the latest of which, “Mosaïque”, dedicated to French music, will be released in 2019 on the Paraty label. Keen to contribute to the development of the repertoire for guitar duo, Duo Palissandre regularly premieres new works: in 2022, three new pieces by composers Atanas Ourkouzounov, Lucien Guérinel and Philippe Kadosh. Vanessa Dartier teaches guitar at the CRC de Fontenay-sous-bois and the CRR Saint Maur des fossés, and Yann Dufresne teaches guitar at the CRR de Cergy-Pontoise.
