Duo Fortunato Ventrella

Rebecca Rita Ventrella studied piano with Angela Montemurro and Filippo Balducci at the Conservatory of Music in Bari. She graduated in Piano with top marks and obtained the Second level degree in Piano and Piano teaching with honors and honorable mention, “for the comprehension of the musical discourse, the balance and the piano mastery, supported by a notable sense of colour”. She attended Masterclass with Konstantin Bogino, Michael Wladkowski, Riccardo Risaliti, Bruno Canino, Daniel Rivera, Benedetto Lupo, Filippo Gamba. She performed at Piano City Napoli, at Corato PianoFestival, in Crotone, in León (Spain), for Eurorchestra da camera di Bari. It has been said about her: “Fluidity, a never rhetoric but declaimed phrasing, freshness of inspiration, colouristic phantasy are some of the characteristics of Ventrella’s recital. The sound, always three dimensional, reserved unexpected limpidity and brightness bringing out all the spiritual elevation of the works performed”. 

Annamaria Fortunato graduated in 2014 with top marks at the Conservatory of Music in Bari under the guidance of Angela Montemurro. In 2016 she obtained a second level degree in Piano summa cum laude with M° Filippo Balducci. She won prizes in more than twenty piano competitions. She attended masterclasses with Joaquin Soriano, Marta Grilletti, Michele Marvulli, Alessandro Deljavan, Michael Wladkoski, Klaus Hellwi and Daniel Rivera. She performed in numerous occasions as a soloist for Rassegna “Giannini”, for Associazione “Amadeus”, for “Piccinni” Foundation, for Associazione “EurOrchestra”, in Trani for Accademia “Aldo Ciccolini” , in Corato for “Festival pianistico Città di Corato”, in Foggia at the “U. Giordano” theatre and for Piano city Napoli 2018. She performed in duo piano and violin for Festival pianistico Città di Corato and in Casamassima, and in trio piano, clarinet, voice for ’Epidaurus Festival – Cavtat in Croatia. She played Concerto n. 5 in fa minore di Bach BWV 1056 with Eurorchestra da camera di Bari in numerous occasions.
