The  Hurst-Cart Duo plays works by Lili Boulanger, Luis Barroso, Edgar Girtain. Sergi Casanelles and David Ludwig

Francesca Hurst (piano) and Robert Cart (flute) began their artistic collaboration as colleagues in the Contemporary Music Ensemble at the Atlantic Music Festival. As a duo, they perform throughout the United States and Europe. Separately, they are members of such ensembles as Great Noise, Philadelphia Network for New Music, Éxichéria, Montclair Orchestra, and PhillyQ, and have been guest artists at festivals including the Charlotte New Music Festival, Bang On A Can Music Marathon, and New Music Gathering.
