Priscille LACHAT-SARRETE violin, Anna GUYENOT piano

To accompany you on your musical journey to Vienna, musicians Priscille Lachat-Sarrete and Anna Guyénot have formed an inspired and virtuoso duo since 2013. They play works by Beethoven, Schubert and Kreisler.

Priscille LACHAT-SARRETE studied at the Paris VI Conservatory with Isabelle Lesage. She continued her violin studies with Catherine Courtois at the CRR de Saint-Maur-des-Fossés and spent two years perfecting her skills with Géza Kapás, professor at the Franz Liszt Conservatory in Budapest, then with Pavel Vernikov at the Santa Cecilia Academy in Portogruaro (Italy). At the same time, she obtained a certificate in music history and a prize for musical culture in Brigitte François-Sappey’s class at the CNSM in Paris. She is also defending a doctoral thesis in musicology at the Université de Paris-Sorbonne.

Priscille LACHAT-SARRETE performs chamber music in Paris and the Paris region. She has also played with the Orchestre de Bretagne and the Orchestre des Pays de Loire.

Priscille LACHAT-SARRETE teaches violin at the Conservatoire (CRD) de Chartres and the Conservatoire Francis Poulenc CMA 16, and is a lecturer at Paris-Sorbonne University. She has recorded two CDs. Anna GUYÉNOT studied piano at several European conservatories, including Warsaw, Dijon, Aubervilliers-La Courneuve and the Hochschule für Musik in Cologne (Germany). Winner of several competitions -J.S. Bach in Paris, “Jugend Musiziert” and “Lions Club” in Germany-, she has performed as soloist and chamber musician in France, Germany (Cologne Philharmonic), Poland (Warsaw National Philharmonic), England (University of London), Argentina (Buenos Aires) and the United States (Arcady International Music Festival, Maine).

In addition to her activities as a classical musician, Anna GUYÉNOT performs in the theater and on the tango scene with the Los Lobos Quartet, with whom she has just recorded her first CD.Holder of the Certificat d’Aptitude de Professeur de Piano, obtained in 2011 from the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Paris, Anna GUYÉNOT has taught at the Conservatoire de Musique de Genève and is currently professor of piano and accompaniment at the Conservatoire (CRR) d’Amiens.
